Boost your viewers, promises YouTube

YouTube is plugging its online “Creator Academy” again.

A course entitled “Maximise Your Channel” aims to help YouTube video makers to attract more viewers and subscribers, and best use the features of the YouTube “One” design.

It starts on September 30 and claims you’ll learn how to draw new viewers get them to subscribe; curate and organise content so viewers keep coming back; and how to make your channel look its best across TVs, laptops, tablets, mobile, gaming consoles or whatever.

The course is free and available worldwide but you do need to apply; registration is continuous until the course closes on October 18th.
