Panasonic launches 4K action cam
Panasonic is about to start selling a two-part wearable action camera that films in 4K resolution at 25 frames per second.
Available in May at an RRP of £380, the HX-A500 has a camera bit you can wrap onto your head and a control unit you can strap to your wrist for that full blown cyborg look.

It’s handily dustproof as well as waterproof up to 3m for 30 minutes. The gadget also boats WiFi for remote control and even live streaming via uStream.tv
A 1.5 inch screen features on the main unit so you can see what you’re doing; like some other Panasonic video tech, the device can also compensate for a certain amount of badly-levelled footage. It’s got a slowmo feature too, at less than 4K resolution.
